Goals: 

1. Raise transfer tunnel temperature to stop crackling.

2. Keep insulation costs down.

Solution: Coat oven exterior with CCS-100

With an application of CCS-100: A 20 mil exterior coating of CCS-100 raised interior temperature of the tunnel to the required level. The application of CCS-100 cost about 70% of the cost of additional metal clad insulation.
