Equipment: Air filter tunnel for paint line
Location: Magna Donnelly, Newaygo, MI
Goal: Prevent corrosion of metal caused by paint chemicals on interior of metal tunnel housing for the air filtering system. 
Solution: Coat interior of tunnel with CCS-100 including bag filter racks, walls, ceiling and floor.

With an application of CCS-100 all metal components of the air filter system  (including the filter racks) are coated to prevent corrosion. Air temperature is also maintained with less energy cost due to the high insulating characteristics of CCS-100. 20 mils = R20 ±
