PolyMaster R-501 foam insulation is a cost-effective, environmentally green thermal and acoustical insulation that is designed for use in concrete block walls and cavities in commercial structures. PolyMaster R-501 yields an R-4.6 per inch.

R-501 is installed after the masons have finished their job. As the foam is injected, it flows from cell to cell, through the webbing of the blocks, providing a total fill of the wall. Once the foam is in place, it stays there for the life of the building with no fear of loss due to an accidental or intentional hole in the wall (as compared to loose fill).

NCFI's SPF insulation (Spray Polyurethane Foam insulation) is a reactive, two-part liquid, spray applied by professional installers. The result is a highly efficient air barrier and vapor diffusion retardant (VDR). Our high density, closed-cell spray insulation also results in higher R-values per unit thickness than can be achieved with any other type of commercially available insulation.

Seamless insulation and damp proofing in one application.

R-Value 6.7 per inch. Rigid, closed-cell foam.

When used in conjunction with R-501, both will increase thermal resistance by 120%!
