HardSide Panels

HardSide PanelsA combination of great appearance, superior acoustical performance, and design flexibility makes HardSide Acoustical Wall Panels the perfect solution for many interior reverberant noise problems.

The traditional acoustical wall panel, HardSide offers design versatility. A variety of shaped edges and panel thicknesses allow you to design for the desired appearance and acoustics. The perfect solution for many reverberant noise problems this panel offers superior performance in both wall and ceiling applications.

The core of this panel is a 5-7 PCF fiberglass board. The edges are chemically hardened for durability. Fabric facing, from the FR 701 collection from Guilford of Maine or factory-approved, customer-selected fabric, is stretched over the panel, wrapped and bonded around the edges for a crisp, finished look. Vinyl finishes are also available.

Design for panel sizes up to a maximum 4 ft. x 10 ft. or custom shaped panels with angled or contoured perimeter cuts.

HighImpact Hardside

HighImpact HardsideHigh Impact HardSide Panels are the more abuse resistant model of the standard HardSide Panel. Sound Absorption Coefficients are higher and the impact resistant face is also tackable.

For applications where excellent appearance and superior acoustical performance must be teamed with greater durability, the High Impact HardSide acoustical wall panel is the answer.

A two-part composite panel, the High Impact HardSide panel has a 5-7 PCF density core with a 1/8 in. thick, 12-18 PCF density impact resistant skin laminated on the core face. The higher density face gives the High Impact HardSide panel greater abuse resistance, tackability, and higher sound absorption.

This panel can be wrapped with fabric from the FR 701 collection from Guilford of Maine or with a factory approved, customer-selected fabric. Vinyl finishes are also available. Select panel sizes up to 4 ft. x 10 ft. or custom-designed panels with angled or contoured perimeter cuts.

Noise Control Baffles

Acoustical Baffles

The heat sealed vinyl covering makes these baffles the perfect economical solution for noise and reverberation control in gymnasiums, multi-purpose rooms and other high ceiling spaces.

Noise control baffles are an economical solution to reverberant noise problems in high ceiling areas such as cafeterias, gymnasiums and multi-purpose rooms. Used to reduce overall noise and reverberation levels, these baffles are suspended from the ceiling as vertical baffles or horizontal clouds.Noise Control Baffles

Model KB803 24" x 48" baffles are constructed with a 3 PCF fiberglass core which is encased in a fire retardant vinyl film cover. The vinyl is heat sealed on the edges to create an airtight seam. For ease of installation, each baffle has brass grommets along the edge. KB803 baffles are available in FDA accepted coverings. Suspension grommets can be sealed (optional) for clean room applications.

Wave Baffles

Wave Baffles provide a cost effective method for reducing reverberation in larger spaces with high ceilings. Improved acoustics and noise reduction in gymnasiums, arenas, natatoriums, multi-purpose and other large spaces is achieved utilizing Wave Baffles. Two types are available to meet your needs.

Diffuser Wall Panels

Diffuser PanelOur Tuned Absorber/Diffuser Panel combines superior acoustical characteristics and a choice of fabric or vinyl coverings to give you the best design solution for areas where more balanced sound absorption and high frequency diffusion are desirable.

The outstanding acoustical performance of this panel is the result of the assembly of a sound absorptive fibrous core covered with a variable impedance laminate. Openings in the laminate are sized and spaced to optimize the absorption in lower frequencies while creating random mid and high frequency reflective surfaces between openings (variable impedance). A design program is utilized to acoustically optimize the hole pattern in the laminate while maintaining the desired overall open versus reflective area in the panel surface. For increased low frequency sound absorption, a thicker fibrous core (2 to 4 inches) can be specified. For increased high frequency absorption, the hole size can be changed to 5/8 inch diameter versus the standard 1/2 inch opening.

WE MAKE REMOVABLE NOISE CONTROL COVERS FOR PRV'S, PUMPS, MOTORS, ETC.
