REFLECTS 99% OF RADIANT HEAT NO MORE HIDDEN CORROSION | STOP EQUIPMENT SWEATING ASBESTOS ENCAPSULATION | NO VOC'S OR PEL'S | CLASS A MATERIAL
Problem: Sweating and corrosion of air handler pans. Equipment: Air Handler Pans Location: General Motors Renaissance Center, Detroit, MI Goals: Stop sweating of pans in mechanical rooms to eliminate slip and fall risk as well as mold growth; also prevents corrosion Solution: Coat exterior of pan with 20 mills of CCS-100
With an application of CCS-100:
The pan is insulated and does not sweat.
CCS-100 does not promote the growth of mold. CCS-100 has passed ASTM D-2574 & D-3273.
The pan is also protected from corrosion because CCS-100 bonds to the metal thus preventing moisture intrusion.
