Goals: 

1. Improve roof insulation R value (current insulation is 1" batt)
2. Save energy
3. Seal pin hole leaks in rusted metal roof decking
4. Stop rust attacking metal roof deck

Solution: Coat exterior of roof with CCS-100

With an application of CCS-100:

1. The roof has an additional R= 16± of insulation.
2. Pin holes in roof deck are sealed to stop water leakage.
3. Corrosion is stopped --- CCS-100 does not allow moisture to reach metal deck.
