Problem: Energy loss from un-insulated high-speed roll-up truck door.
Equipment: Rytek high-speed roll-up truck door.
Location: Visteon parts plant, Sterling Heights, MI.
Goals:

1. Insulate door with no loss of door opening speed.

2. Save energy.

3. Do not add weight in excess of door standards.

Solution: Coat inside of door with CCS-100

With an application of CCS-100 the entire door is insulated. This reduces energy loss an estimated 90%. Total weight added to the door was 7.5 lbs. with no reduction of door opening time.
